10 Amazing Details You Didn't Noticed In Marvel Movies || Things You have definitely missed in Marvel Movies
10 Things You Didn't Noticed In Marvel Movies
1: Refrence Of Stanlee
At the start of Civil War, the lock combination at the HYDRA base is 17826. If you type these numbers in an old telephone keypad, you get STAN as in Stan Lee
2: Tony And Cap is Interconnected
Tony's first time in Space
Steve’s first time in space in Endgame
3: Tony Loves Pepper
Tony seems to be looking at the Tesseract and other details given by SHIELD in this scene. Maybe even doing some calculations in his mind.
(Meanwhile, in the background)
Pepper: I want to hear about the cellist. Is that still a thing?
Coulson: She moved back to Portland.
Later . . .
Tony: I’m just saying, pick a weekend. I’ll fly you to Portland. Keep love alive.
4: Newspaper Dates Were Wrong
This newspaper appeared in the the first Iron Man movie. The date is December 17th, 1991 but the day is “Friday”.
A quick google search shows that that day was actually a Tuesday.
At first I thought it might just be a small mistake but then there was another newspaper in The Winter Soldier.
Here we again see that the day has been printed to be “Friday”. So I thought it might mean something. But then:
They got the day right for another date. So now I’m confused :/
5: Trouble Man SoundTrack
The Trouble Man soundtrack plays when Steve is hospitalised at the end of the movie.
6: In The Winter Solder There was Refrence Of INDIAN Ocean .
7: session in which director and maker were included
8: Hydras Pocket Knife Meme But Fact
9 : Theory That Proofs That Spiderman Could See Future
I believe that I have found an MCU easter egg that absolutely no one has found. I’ve searched Reddit, YouTube, Quora, Marvel wiki’s & fan sites, 4chan, ScreenRant, Looper, etc… and no site comes close to the easter egg I’ve outlined below. In fact, this easter egg has possible wide implications for phase 4 of the MCU.
So, with no further delay, let’s jump in…
Remember the drawing at the beginning of Spiderman Homecoming? Kind of a throw-away scene huh?
Or was it?
This is the drawing that Adrian Toomes kid, Liz, drew of the Battle of New York that occurred in The Avengers movie.
Toomes stares at this drawing for more than seems normal for that situation… (it’s not like he is just seeing it for the first time in this scene; I think it is safe to assume that he brought the picture from home).
I get it though, he’s being made to look proud of his daughter’s picture, but given the “8 years later” timeline, that makes Liz 9 or 10 when she drew that (it’s noted later in the movie that she’s a senior in HS, therefore she is probably 17 or 18 after the fast forward), and it seems just a little off-age for such a drawing. I think the viewers were meant to get just enough tease from this drawing that something may be different, but then soon forget it…
As it has already been noted by other fans, there is some dialog trickery with hiding Liz’s gender by using “kid”, but I believe there is much more foreshadowing in the rest of the dialog as well (more on that later).
So, back to the drawing itself…
The first thing that jumped out to me was Iron man’s armor. The chest piece drawn does not match either of the two armors used in The Avengers movie…
First, here is the Mark VI - carried over from Iron Man 2 (chest piece is very clearly a triangle):
Then later at the Battle of New York - the second armor - the Mark VII (very clearly a circle):
How am I certain that it’s different in the drawing? Well, here’s a closeup of Iron Man:
Notice anything funny? Yeah - that chest-piece is distinctly pentagonal. Up to that time, no chest piece looked remotely similar. Why would Liz draw it so clearly in that shape? Hmm…
So, where does such a chest piece shape appear in the MCU?
Civil War?
Looks close, but not quite…
How about the Ultimate Iron Man armor that appears in Homecoming (for those who don’t know, this armor resembles the “Ultimate Iron Man” color scheme in the comics). But, no… it’s a similar shape to the armor in Civil War.
Now, let’s look at the chest piece from Infinity War (also confirmed in the Endgame trailers to look very similar):
Looks much closer to Liz’s drawing than the original two armors that appeared in The Avengers.
Convinced that something’s odd yet? No?
Allow me to elaborate… How about we move on to the eyes:
There’s a definite “up-turn” at the edges of the eyes… granted, the drawing is much more pronounced, but there’s still a marked difference from the armors seen in The Avengers. Many die-hard fans have previously noted that the Infinity War armor strongly resembles the Model Prime armor from the most recent Invincible Iron Man comics… which, as you may know or guessed, has distinctly up-turned eyes (Oh… and it also has shape-shifting nano-tech!):
Still not convinced? Ok - how about Iron Man’s arms shown in the drawing?
Some might argue that those depict the flames from Iron Man’s repulsors. Well, if so, that would make his arms look awfully short and weird.
But, you might say, this is a kid’s drawing, and she didn’t draw them quite right…
Well, she did just fine with the other characters hands and arms…
My point is, that I believe the arms drawn are depicting the ability of the Model Prime/Nano-tech armor to change shape at will. Combine that with the eyes and chest piece not matching, and I believe that the armor in Liz’s picture indicates that she saw a completely different armor than what was originally seen in The Avengers. An armor that would not be remotely possible for her to know about at the time of the original Battle of New York.
As some have already theorized, the events of Endgame will revisit the Battle of New York, and that the result is a different timeline. I believe everything I’ve found here confirms that Homecoming is actually set in that new timeline already (which could help clear up the “8 years later” and other strange timeline issues noted from Homecoming - see the end of this document for a brief theory on how the events of the other movies might play out in a new timeline after a revised Battle of New York).
However, my initial findings still needed more proof…
So, back to that drawing again…
So, what else have you noticed? Did you see Cap’s stars? That’s right, they’re black!
Now when did we first see Cap with a black star…?
It certainly wasn’t in The Avengers:
It was in Infinity War (also, again, we see this in the Endgame trailers):
Hmm… interesting… and, yes, I know his shield has not shown up in the MCU with a black star yet, but there is a comment in Homecoming about a “prototype” shield. Also, from comic canon and in the Age of Ultron, we see Cap’s shield broken (in the MCU, that was Stark’s Wanda-induced premonition, and in the comics, it has been broken many times). The drawing could be foreshadowing such a break and a subsequent replacement.
Nevertheless, let’s look at that drawing once again… Wait, what… Hulk has red eyes?
Well, we know from Age of Ultron, Hulk’s eyes went red when Wanda bewitched him (as did anyone under her influence):
However, Wanda got dusted in the snap. So what’s the explanation for Hulk’s red eyes in Liz’s drawing from a possible revised Battle of New York? One option would be to leave it up to some possible twist in Endgame where they bring her back, or perhaps the writers initially foreshadowed Wanda being involved in Endgame, and this is just exposing a last minute script change? Or perhaps it represents the “mind-time-travel” theory that could tie-in with the use of quantum energy to communicate with their past? (In the recent Endgame trailers, there is some stylized red-shading used for effect that some have theorized that it represents the reality stone or Wanda’s powers… perhaps that’s another example of foreshadowing here too?)
Also, the only other time in the MCU that I can recall “red-eyes” was the use of the Extremis serum in Iron Man 3… Now that would be something! Extremis Hulk!
And we know that the Extremis serum was around during this time. Maybe they got their hands on some? If anyone could easily handle it’s effects, it’s Hulk! Maybe they'll use it maximize Hulk to levels never seen before?
Anyway, that still doesn’t change the fact that it is odd that red eyes show up in a drawing of the Battle of New York, before Age of Ultron, when Wanda didn’t have her powers yet, and when Extremis was still being kept secret.
But wait, there’s more!
Let’s move on to the other characters in the drawing…
Thor and Widow look about the same as in the original battle (though, Thor’s armor does look “darker”)… but who’s that way over in corner? Almost under Toomes’ thumb… almost as though we are not meant to really notice him?
Why, it’s Hawkeye! I think… But, something’s odd there… where’s his quiver? Is he wearing ammo belts across his chest? And, could that be… a sword he’s holding (I certainly don’t see a bowstring or the other end of the bow… and it looks rather pointy)??
Now when have we seen Hawkeye with a sword? Oh yeah, in the Endgame trailer!
OK, NOW you’ve got to be convinced, right? No? You still want more? Well, alright…
What about the object coming through the wormhole in the drawing?
In fact, I believe it was New Rockstars* (on YouTube) that said that it looks like a spider - in reference to this being a Spiderman movie - but spiders have 8 legs, and I have another thought…
With a little imagination, it actually reminded me of this:
Remember the Chitari command ship that Iron Man blew up with the nuke in The Avengers?
No one from Earth, but Stark, saw that ship. It was simply too far from the wormhole for anyone to have seen it, much less a child to have then included it in her drawing. And no, I don’t think the drawing resembles the Leviathan coming through.
So, continuing the theory of a new timeline, I think the Avengers actually let, or were perhaps somehow forced (by one or more people with future knowledge) to have the battle of New York extend longer in order to draw more of Thanos’ army out, if not Than-the-man himself. Hence the command ship coming through?
They could be doing this in order to weaken and/or defeat Thanos at that time (when he had zero infinity stones in the gauntlet), and therefore changing Thanos’ future plans.
Finally, there are just two more odd things about the drawing:
- Tendrils of fire coming out of the wormhole… that didn’t really occur in the original battle. Thor used his lightning, but that didn’t have a fire-look to it.
- Also, what are those Floating ‘Mushroom’ shape ships in the sky of the drawing…?
- They don’t really look at all like the Chitari flying chariots. They actually vaguely reminded me of the weird floating “things” seen in the final battle of Doctor Strange when he was in Dormammu’s Dark dimension (which, ahem, was noted several times in Dr Strange as a place beyond time). The Ant-Man quantum realm had some curiously-similar weird shapes as well. Maybe a reference to other dimension-interference occurring here
10 : What The Hell Is Rocket
In Infinity War, Thor calls Rocket a rabbit.
I thought this was because Thor came to Earth only recently and has still to learn a lot about it. Therefore he confused rabbit and raccoon.
That was until I saw Endgame.
When Thor and Rocket go to Asgard to retrieve one of the stones, they get separated momentarily, and the scene concentrates on Thor talking to his mother, while Rocket gets the stone off-screen.
When we see him again, he is being chased by Asgardians, and one of them screams something like “Catch the rabbit!!!”.
So what does it mean?
There are rabbits on Asgard but no raccoons?
There are raccoons but they’re called rabbits?
This is one of the biggest mysteries in all the MCU, I just can’t stop thinking about it.
But, this mystery goes far beyond the borders of Asgard.
In fact, not a single non-earthling has ever gotten Rocket’s species right.
We know that Thor called him a rabbit.
But before that, Yondu called him a “rat”.
And before that, Mantis called him a “puppy.”
Nebula called him a “fox.”
Drax called him a “weird animal he used to hunt as a child.”
Heck, even when called a raccoon, Rocket himself asks what that is.
You see where this is going? Almost everyone in the Galaxy somehow seems to mistake his species. In fact, the only non-human to ever properly label him was Ego, who himself spent several years on Earth.
At first, I took the names as nothing more than running joke. I thought they called Rocket all sorts of funny names simply to make people laugh.
But the gag really hit home while I was watching Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 on TV with a friend.
When the channel came on, he gave Rocket the weirdest look and exclaimed something along the lines of “what the hell is this thing?”. Before going on to jokingly speculate that it must be some type of strange rat.
And again while I was watching the movie, and an older lady couldn’t help but comment, “Is that a dog? Hollywood just gets stranger and stranger…”
I couldn’t help but let out a chuckle each time I saw their reactions. As someone who already had experience with the animal, it was funny when another person misnamed them.
But mind you, we live in Nigeria. A place where raccoons are wholly nonexistent.
And that’s when I realized that raccoons are basically nonexistent in the MCU as well.
Even on our Earth, the species Procyon was never very common to begin with. Outside of North America, their population is minimal.
But the MCU took this a step further, so not only are raccoons rare on their version of Earth, they’re even rarer throughout the galaxy!
That’s why Yondu, Nebula and co. all had the same problem that lady I met did.
Because raccoons don’t exist to them, they had no idea what he was.
So they just called him their closest guess: A rat, rabbit, puppy, or fox.
