“ Why Dr strange didn't captured thanos in time loop in infinity war ”

The first time our Dr strange used time loop was in his debut movie Dr Strange

Where he captured the Marvel's one of the biggest threat DORMAMMU with the ease

And if you saw that scene attentively you can see that when the second time dormammu killed Strange he realised that he was inside the time loop

It happened because he is the lord of dark dimension and at that place time doesn't exist he lives just in present no regret of past nor the worries of future just PRESENT and because of that he realised it in his first time that he is under heavy Gengutsu

But but but

If Strange would have captured Mad Taitan there could have been 3 possibilities which could might happened

1 - Thanos was a mortal being of Titan planet he was not immortal nor the lord of dark dimension so doesn't matter how much time he could have been killed DR STRANGE he would have never realised that he is in Loop and because of that that would have been loop for Strange because , so the whole purpose of Time Loop was defeated here

2 - Thanos had SPACE stone and because of time and space connection he could have literally destroyed time loop and strange knew this that's why he didn't even tried this thing on The Mad Tian

3 - Infinity War was a huge blockbuster at box office and because of that marvel wanted to create the sequel of it
